@Jesse: Totally with you there. Adina, read Nadine Strossen’s “Defending Pornography” to see how laws/TOSs that ban pornography are disproportionately used to curtail women’s erotic expression.

FYI: A large community of women who’ve supported LiveJournal, and some of whom are moving to DreamWidth, are definitely affected by “TOS vs porn”: since we’re authors and readers of fanfiction with explict sex scenes. Literary, transformative porn, but still porn.
