With his blessing, thousands of fans are chatting with each other online, setting up their own real-world meetings and campaign activities, and e-mailing suggestions on everything from slogans to strategy. More than a few are adopted.<br \/>\nDean&#8217;s site is the only one that capitalizes on the fundamental strength of the cyberworld: unfiltered access to ideas and opinions from anyone, anywhere.
